Summary

This article continues the theme stated in the paper "Third Millenium: the Driving Contradiction and Other Problems of Education".

15 years have passed. The world community is trying to create an educational system of a new kind. The article differs in that it offers an analysis of existing approaches and assesses the possibilities of OTSM-TRIZ pedagogy for building a new educational framework. The proposed view contains a reference points for research directions, which allow to develop OTSM-TRIZ pedagogy according to dominant needs of the present.
