Organization of the work with the archive

Algorithm for processing the archive file:

As the result of dealing with the file you need to give it an optional name and choose on of the actions: "to be prepared for publication - can be promulgated without processing - to be left in the FTP-access for future  - remove from the archive - debatable (to be discussed)".
  •      confirm the rules ... and get to the ftp-archive directory
  •      open or download to your computer the file, wich you are interested in;
  •      copy the file path in the field of the form;
  •      send the form.
